Return Policy
Returns of unused, unopened Borg Motorsports products in the original packaging can be made within 30 days of the order shipment for a refund of the purchase price, less initial shipping costs, with no restocking fee.
Returns of unused, unopened Borg Motorsports products in the original packaging can be made from 31 days to 90 days of the order shipment for a refund of the purchase price, less initial shipping costs, with a 30% restocking fee.
Returns beyond 90 days of the date of shipment will not be accepted for any reason.
Returns cannot be accepted on the following items:
- Products that have been used
- Used/Scratch-and-Dent products
- Products that have been installed
- Fluids
- Custom orders
- Event/Entry fees
Returns on non-Borg Motorsports products (ex. OS Giken) are subject to the individual manufacturer's return policy and are not determined by Borg Motorsports.
Warranty
Borg Motorsports products are warrantied to be free of defects for five years from the date of shipment. Warranty claims within the five year window must be made to info@borgmotorsports.com and, if approved, will constitute (at the sole discretion of Borg Motorsports) either repair, replacement, or custom fitting as necessary for proper function of the product. No refunds will be issued under a warranty claim per the return policy outlined above.
For issues beyond the 5-year warranty period, we can only provide technical support or recommendations for replacement parts.
Warranty claims on non-Borg Motorsports branded products need to be made through the part manufacturer and must fall within any terms and conditions those manufacturers set.
